Privacy Policy

Learn how prompts and reference uploads are handled, who can access generated work, and what deleting a task removes from your history.

Introduction

Seedance 3.0 is an independent service for creating AI videos from text and other supported inputs. This policy describes how we handle information when you create an account, buy credits, upload references or generate video.

Information we collect

  1. Account information — name, email address and information needed to authenticate you.
  2. Generation data — prompts, generation settings, reference material, output metadata, credit usage and task status.
  3. Usage information — features used, how often they are used and how people interact with the service.
  4. Device information — device, operating system and browser type.
  5. Cookies — small files used for preferences, authentication and service operation.
  6. Payment information — handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the service.
  • To generate video, handle uploads, manage credit balances and provide downloads.
  • To process payments, send receipts or security notices and provide customer support.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and attacks on our systems.

AI generation, visibility and reference uploads

The video-generation workflow sends your prompt, selected settings and any reference URLs to an external AI generation service. Reference uploads are stored in this service's object storage and served through a CDN URL so the generation service can retrieve them. Treat an uploaded reference URL as accessible to anyone who obtains it.

Some features also use external AI processing services. Images may be checked by an automated content-safety service before generation. Prompt translation, improvement and polishing send the submitted prompt text and processing instructions to an AI text-processing service. Reverse-image prompt generation sends the image URL to an AI image-analysis service. Each service receives the information needed to complete that feature; its own data-handling and retention terms apply to information it receives.

Free generations are marked Public in this workspace by default. Eligible paid users can mark a generation Private in the workspace. This visibility setting does not prevent external services from receiving or processing the prompt and references, and it does not erase copies held in their systems.

This service stores prompts, settings, task status and result metadata in task history. Its deployments share an application database. Site-scoped settings, credits, orders, content and task records are separated by site code, while user, account and session records remain shared. Deleting a task marks its database record as deleted rather than physically removing the row, and does not delete reference files stored separately in object storage.

Do not upload personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive material. For a data access or deletion request, contact support@seedance30.us and include the account email and task ID where possible.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, storage, email, analytics and payment providers where needed to run the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Security and your choices

This website and its API use HTTPS. Account access is authenticated, and task records are scoped to the account and site in the application. No online service can guarantee that data is never exposed. You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information; deleting a task from the dashboard is not the same as a permanent erasure request, as described above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify you in the service.
